Having read some negative reviews about OC2, I was rather apprehensive about going on my holiday (never having cruised before). Well I need not have had any concerns. Boarding was a breeze, the process didn't take more than 15 minutes. The boat was kept clean and tidy: staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful: entertainment was very good especially the vocalist Matt Quinn and comedy from Manuel Martinez: food was beautifully presented and plentiful: Shore excursions, yes were a little expensive, but the guides we had were very informative (loved Pompeii, Florence and Pisa). We did Villefranche independently and got the train into Monte Carlo (it cost just under 5 Euros for a return ticket) Sorry ladies but all designer shops are closed on a Sunday (the relief on my husband face was a picture). Overall the holiday was a great experience and I can't wait for my next cruise.
