I read some reviews before going on my Med Cruise aboard Ocean Village 2. I felt that maybe through reading these reviews I had made a mistake. Our transfer onto the boat was smooth, our cabin was clean and comfortable. Food was plentiful. Cabin Crew were delightful and the ship was very clean. Excursions were expensive, but you can make your own way to many of the places. Evening entertainment was a mixture of professional and easy going singers and shows. Some of the shows were not to West End standards but for the money payed it was pretty good value. You could always find somewhere quiet to have a drink if you didnt want to see the entertainment. Bring plenty of books, as choice on the boat was not great. I am looking forward to booking for next year.
