7 night cruise on island escape med spirit been on this ship twice before and you get what you pay for-good value for money.cabins comfortable but above deck 7 quite a lot of vibration-not too much to keep you awake but its there all the time.wide choice of food available-oasis restaurant excellent but you do pay a premium (£12.50pp) all staff very pleasant and helpful-decor ready for a makeover but otherwise pleasant public areas and bars. dont do shore excursions and the ones available seemed quite expensive. would certainly recommend island cruises very good value for money for anyone on a budget and 1st time cruises.no problems from start to finnish and enjoyed the cruise very much
