Just returned from this ship.4 th November 2007 Continually harrassed to buy drinks, lottery tickets and tours which are all overpriced in my opinion. Food was warm never hot captain asked me if I was enjoying myself informed him of warm food and kids who were just left to run amock in packs riding the lifts all times of the day/night whilst parents who presumably were hiding well away enjoying themselves he walked away? Most staff were brilliant entertainment was not outstanding just fair comedian however was excellent. Room was tatty bed quilt was scruffy soiled stained generally rough around the edges and like food quality definately not 4 star. Restaurant manager response "make sure you comment on it on your holiday questionaire put under door day before departure" Conclusion would like to cruise again, Sorry but definately on this ship.
