My husband and I have just returned from a P & O cruise with the Oceana. The ship was lovely. You could not fault the food or the staff especially our cabin steward Mario. We were very spoilt. The entertainment was ok but could have done with a bit more variety. The Starlights was a bit of a muddle how it was set out and it made it difficult for the waiters to get to some of the seats. The shore excursions were ok but a little expensive. If you go on the Mountains and Maracas trip in Trinidad the 4 x 4s are very old and uncomfortable, you need to be agile to climb in and out, they would not pass health and safety in the uk. The trip itself was fine, lovely scenery. All the people on the islands are very friendly. We are booked to go on the Artemis December 2008 and we can't wait. Only wish our lottery numbers would come up so we could go sooner.
