This was the first time we had been on a princess ship and have to say was very impressed with the boat. We thought the pools were terrific especially the one with the sliding roof,we had a balcony cabin and i must it was worth paying the extra . I am sorry to say we have two complaints ,1 the trip up to the top of flamm fjiord this was the excursion desk not issueing full instructions assome of the trips on the coach/train were cancelled so we missed the excursion obviously we wont be going back to norway . The second occassion was a trip to the north cape , again through misunderstanding our coach driver did not give any details of any landmarks and we only had ten minutes before boarding the coach . I have to say after complaining to the desk onboard we were eventually refunded fully our money on the flamm trip and patial refund on the north cape . I think on these cruises princess have to sort out exactly what is happening on trips . I will say though that we have booked to go on emerald princess to greek isles in july .
