After reading bad reviews about Ventura before we set off we were quite concerned but thought ok we will go with an open mind on this, after all it was our much awaited holiday. There were four of us together, and we spent most of the first week trying to find something to complain about. We dined in The Saffron Restaurant with wonderful service and a good menu each night. The main theatre entertainment was good, but we didn't like some of the comedians in the other shows, so we left. After all it is personal choice, and everyone is different. We heard complaints of - too many people on board ! Children annoying in the pool! Then why did they chose to go on a large family ship? We had a great time and it was just what we expected it to be.
