A pleasant but average to good cruise experience onboard the Boudicca. A lovely sleek looking ship, the layout inside is somewhat dissappointing. The showlounge has terribly heavy seats that are practically impossible, but the sightlines are not too bad. Service was tremendous with friendly and overall helful staff. Decor throughtout the ship is not glitzy but homely and pleasant. Food was superb and I cannot fault our waiter service at all. The cruise was very nice calling in at Cherbourg, Cobh, Dublin, Portree, Kirkwall ( was cancelled at short notice due to high winds and seas) Invergordon before disembarking at Leith. A fairly enjoyable cruise but would rather travel on the Braemar instead.
