Cruisetone
The beneficial effects of a P&O Cruises holiday should be felt long after you return home. Which is exactly why they created Cruisetone - a wellbeing programme designed around you. Cruisetone includes:

The spas have individual treatment rooms with built in showers and many have their own private ocean view. They use [ comfort zone ] products in the spas. [ comfort zone ] is a well-known name in international cosmetics known for their gentle and natural products.

Salon
The salons have qualified stylists and makeup artistes on hand to keep you looking glamorous, or even to give you a complete makeover if you fancy a change.

Pools
Each ship has several pools. Some are dedicated to families on family friendly ships; others are for adult swimmers only. Three of our ships have pools with a protective skydome. There are splash pools for simply cooling off in, paddling pools for young children to play in (with supervision of course), whirlpool spas for relaxing in, pools to play pool games in and then there are pools long enough and deep enough to exercise in.

Sports and games
All ships have sports courts where you can get involved in fun group sports. There’s also golf nets where you can practice your swing and on Oceana and Aurora you’ll find golf simulators where you can play some of the most famous courses in the world. PGA professionals will often be on board offering advice and guidance. All that you need to play all kinds of games:
