Royal Romance Destination Weddings
Our Wedding Coordinators arrange every detail of our beautiful shoreside weddings. All you have to do is choose the port. You can choose to have your destination wedding at your port of embarkation on the day of sailing or at one of our exotic ports.

General Guidelines:
Transport is provided to and from the ceremony location only, within a 10-mile radius of the location.
Bridal couples may choose to host their wedding reception on board. Please refer to the 'Receptions' and 'Wedding Guests' sections for additional information.
Bridal couples may invite family and friends to join them at the ceremony; however, additional charges will apply for cake, champagne, and transport and entrance fees.
In case of inclement weather, wedding ceremonies will be held on board.
Please let Royal Romance know if any of your guests have special needs no later than forty-five (45) days prior to sailing. Not all locations are wheelchair accessible.
Many garden and beach locations, while beautiful, are not private.
Destination weddings are performed while the ship is at a port of call.
Since the wedding will take up the majority of your day, Royal Romance suggests that tours NOT be arranged on the same day.
This is a special day for the wedding couple and should not be compromised by unforeseen circumstances that may arise. We advise that if you or your guests have not visited the port chosen for the wedding, you may want to consider having the wedding take place on the embarkation day or at another port of call.
Weddings are performed at local time.
When reserving your wedding date, please advise a Royal Romance Wedding Consultant of your expected guest attendance since capacity for shoreside weddings will vary.
Alaska and Italy Weddings: Toasting strawberries and sparkling wine for weddings will be delivered to the couple's cabin on board the ship.

In celebration of your wedding anniversary or just for a romantic surprise, Royal Romance can arrange a Vow Renewal Ceremony for your special occasion. To add to your celebration, you may add any of our enhancements or even a reception if you wish. Please note that this is not a legal ceremony; it is for sentimental purposes only.*

Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to sailing for Royal Romance to reserve your Vow Renewal ceremony. Arrangements for the time and location of your Vow Renewal will be coordinated by your Social Host once you are on board. Unfortunately, requests for ceremonies on the day of sailing or on a formal night cannot be granted.

After your romantic wedding ceremony, continue the celebration with a reception. Choose from hors d'oeuvres and cocktails to a full lunch buffet with bar service. Complete your reception with a delicious cake prepared just for your special day. Entertain your guests with live music or dance the afternoon away to the music of a professional disc jockey.

This is a two-hour reception serving a minimum of 25 guests.
