Fortunately, our wide array of services detailed below can help make your time on board as enjoyable as possible.
Royal Caribbean OnlineSM
Access the Internet, check e-mail and stocks, chat online, or create e-cards to send to family and friends via workstations in Royal Caribbean Online. Prepaid packages are available.
Club Café
Now Teens aged 12 to 17 can surf the Web, e-mail, instant message and send e-cards to their friends for a nominal per minute fee. Club Café, located in Fuel or The Living Room, is available exclusively for Teens.
Surf Station
Now children aged 6 to 11, participating in Adventure Ocean®, can send friends back home e-cards and journals to show off their holiday on board for a nominal per minute fee. They can also surf popular websites designed just for them or chat with friends online. Surf Stations are located in the Adventure Ocean area. (Guests must be registered in the Adventure Ocean programme to use these workstations.)
Mobile Phone Service
Stay connected to friends and family from all over the world with Royal Caribbean International's fleetwide roaming network and Royal Caribbean Online fleetwide onboard workstations and Wi-Fi service.
Royal Caribbean International has an advanced roaming network on board all ships, allowing you to make and receive calls, voice mail, text messages and GPRS data using your own mobile phone and telephone number
Photography
From underwater cameras to digital photo kiosks to professional portraits, we've got lots of creative ways to capture your unforgettable moments both on and off the ship. Photographers will be available on the gangway when leaving the ship in the ports of call – all you need is a smile! And if you forget your camera or any accessories, like media cards or batteries, don't worry – you'll find what you need in our Shops on board.
Photo Gallery & Kiosks
For the perfect holiday card or family memento, order and customise your photos taken throughout the cruise via the Digital Photo Kiosks, currently open on Freedom and Voyager class ships and Rhapsody of the Seas. Radiance Class ships will begin offering kiosks in 2008. Kiosks have translations in all core languages.
Lifestyle Photography
Professional photography services are available on board in a variety of styles ranging from more casual, freestyle pictures for individuals and families to more formal photos with a white or black backdrop.
Keepsakes
Holiday photos make great keepsakes no matter how they're displayed but you can turn them into something even more special with these creative options:
Scrapbooks – Document your holiday memories in real time – materials are available for purchase on board.
Cruise in Review DVD – A great way to see all of the cruise highlights when you get back home.
Crystal Laser – Guests can have their image burned into a 3-D crystal cube or 2-D Crystal tablet.
Weddings
Our ship's onboard photographer will capture all your wedding memories. Your wedding package will include one hour of photography service; a minimum of 36 exposures will be taken. During the hour, your photographer will capture images of the ceremony, cake cutting, the champagne toast and, if time permits, a brief photo shoot around the ship or wedding site.
The photographer will meet with you to review your photographs during the cruise. Any orders placed during the cruise will be ready before you leave the ship. Wedding negatives are not included in the wedding packages; however, they may be purchased separately on board the ship, along with any additional photographs from your ceremony. One (1) hour of additional shoreside photography – call for a quote Note: Alaska, Bermuda & St Thomas shoreside packages include a landside photographer.
A photo slideshow will be sent via e-mail approximately four (4) weeks after the event.
Tuxedo Rentals
The tuxedo rental service offers a convenient way to have the most appropriate attire for formal nights. Requesting special colour or print ties, cummerbunds and waistcoats can customise the tuxedo packages listed below. You can view all of our tuxedo choices at Cruiseline Formalwear. All wedding tuxedos will be delivered to your stateroom.
Floral Cart
Fresh flowers are available for purchase on all of our ships. Surprise a loved one with a beautiful bunch for a special occasion or just because.
Future Cruise Consultant Services
Meet with a member of our onboard Crown & Anchor Society staff to reserve a future Royal Caribbean cruise or cruisetour holiday.
You'll receive onboard credit of up to USD 200.00 to be used on the sailing you reserve. Your travel agent even gets credit for the booking!
Luggage Valet
Take advantage of our convenient luggage valet service, which streamlines the seaport-to-airport process. You simply pay a fee to check your luggage and receive your airline boarding passes and baggage claim checks before leaving the ship. When you arrive at the airport, you can avoid check-in queues and proceed directly to the security checkpoint.
