I felt that I really must write to compliment and congratulate you and your company for employing such a helpful member of staff. I telephoned your company recently and spoke to Nicola – and feel that Nicola is a real asset to you and your company. She has been extremely helpful to me, went out of her way to ensure that I got a good deal from Ideal Cruising and went on to sort out a problem that I had with Princess Cruises. She also explained everything to me in a very professional matter. I would not hesitate to recommend Nicola and your company to my colleagues, relatives and friends and will of course not hesitate to use your company again myself.
We have a company of our own and I would be absolutely delighted to employ someone like Nicola. I usually find myself complaining about the lack of service in most walks of my life – Nicola however exceeded herself.

Having sailed on the Island Escape in May 07 through a differnt agent, Ideal Cruising had been recommended to me by a few people.
So i gave them a call as we wanted to book a 2week cruise on the Escape again. My phone call was answered very quickly and the level of service was second to none thanks to Angelo, a credit to the company! who always insisted in calling us to save a phone call. He had our cruise booked within an hour, compared to the previous company which took nearly 3 days! So thank you Angelo, we will definatly be contacting you again to book future cruises! will post a review to let you know how the cruise went! Once again many thanks, Danny

On Sunday 1st of April I contacted ideal Cruising to book a cruise on the "Sea Princess" for the 30th June. My booking was taken by an operator called Jade. Can i say that she was without doubt the most cheerful and helpful person I have ever dealt with in any telephone booking transaction, you need to be congratulated on having such a valuable member of staff and would be obliged if you could pass on my thanks. Having never cruised before, I went with my sister and brother-in-law who had found the ad in a sunday paper. Everything was arranged over the phone, the staff very helpful and efficient. Tickets and information arrived with no problems, would use Ideal cruising again, please see Watchdog cruise reviews for helpful comments if usung Ocean village 2.

many thanks to Julia in customer services for being so helpful in changing pre cruise hotel in Beijing and organising bridge on River Kwai tour in Bangkok. Most of yesterday afternoon taken up with this.Apologies to anyone else needing info from her at that time. Looking forward very much to far east cruise in Dec 07. Will let you know what it's like.

Just got back from 15nights on the Sea Princess to the Caribbean booked by yourselves. I just wanted to comment on the professional service I received from your Company. Had a couple of minor hiccups just after doing the booking but it was all dealt with in a first class manner and everything from then on was just perfect

I suppose like many people i can complain vociferously when i receive poor service but by the same token i think it is right to commend good service when it is received.
I have just booked my second cruise with your company. The first was a Panama Canal cruise which we went on last October.
The first cruise we cbooked with Tracy and thi one we have booked with Olivia, both of whom were very informative and helpful throughout.
Once this latest one was booked, i have dealt with Julai in admin who has been extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgable especially when i requested a cabin change. Last week she rang to tell me that the balance owing had been received (which is always a relief after worrying about the postal system) and whilst i was on the phone i asked about flights - within seconds she had all the flight and hotel information to hand while i scribbled it all down. I neednt have worried because the next day i received from her all the relevant information in writing.
This is what i call exceptional service.

A couple of months ago I needed some help in locating a cruise for my step daughter Rebecca's honeymoon. I came across your website and called for assistance - consequently my daughter and her intended are now booked on a wonderful cruise from New York to Bermuda and the Bahamas in August this year. The service we received was fantastic.
When I was looking for a cruise for myself and my husband this coming October I became increasingly frustrated by the lack of help and advise I was getting. I recalled the friendly service both myself and Rebecca had received late last year from Ideal Cruising and so made the call. How lucky I was to be greeted by Martin Payne... NEVER have I received such thorough, friendly and helpful advise. Firstly he called me back very quickly with 5 yes, FIVE different cruise opportunities all of which met my criteria! He was then so patient over a period of three days whilst I made calls about different dates cabins and numbers of people. He finally booked 6 of us on to the 'Navigation of the Seas' from Southampton on 6th October 2007 to the Canary Islands. We are thrilled!
For two days I have been talking to Martin about the possibility of him organising a cruise for a group of 6 or 7 couples to the Norwegian Fjords in July 2008. Although I am sure you have a fabulous team at Ideal Cruising, Martin is the one for us, he deserves a pat on the back and whatever other reward you feel fit to bestow upon him for creating a such happy customers.
I will be back, and of course recommending Martin and Ideal Cruising to all of my friends.

We cruised with Ideal Crusing for the first time in August 2005. Kelly was most helpful and gave us a lot of assistance and advice as we were beginners! The whole process from beginning to end was made so easy & painfree. I have now asked Kelly to find us another cruise for Sept/Oct this year and I have every confidence that she will deliver excellent service again. Thank you!

I first booked a cruise with Ideal Cruising in August 2004 after finding them on the internet. When i called i spoke with a very helpful member of staff that ran through all the cruise options that lay open to me. I booked about 2 weeks after my initial call and never felt under pressure to part with my money as some companies make you feel. I had no aftercare problems at all, my tickets arrived on time and i had a fabulous cruise holiday. Thats why i have now booked 3 cruises with Ideal and would recommend them time and time again.
